Best for: Companies starting to build or rebuild a customer advocacy function.
Engagement: Fixed scope, fixed fee. Typically $10,000 to $15,000.
The Advocacy Build
An ongoing monthly engagement to implement your advocacy roadmap, build the program infrastructure, develop the stories, train your team, and establish the measurement systems that connect customer proof to pipeline.
This is where the work gets done.
Best for: Companies ready to move from strategy to execution.
Engagement: Monthly retainer. Typically $8,000 to $15,000 per month depending on scope.
Strategic Advisory
Fractional VP-level guidance for marketing leaders who need a senior thought partner on customer advocacy, brand credibility, or marketing transformation. Includes regular working sessions, executive communications support, and on-call strategic counsel.
