Most companies have customers who love their product. Few have systems that convert that love into brand credibility, sales enablement, and measurable pipeline. That gap costs revenue. My work closes it.
After 30 years leading global marketing at Dell Technologies and Ford Motor Company, I have built and scaled customer advocacy programs that delivered $2.5B+ in revenue impact, produced stories that earned a Gold Cannes Lion Award, and helped position Dell as an AI thought leader at a pivotal moment in the market.
I did not just run campaigns. I built the operational systems, the storytelling frameworks, the team capabilities, and the measurement infrastructure that made advocacy work at scale and keep working long after I leave.

Through the course of my career, I developed an expertise at managing global teams, optimizing resources, and executing high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results. I’m accomplished at transforming traditional marketing and communication processes into cutting-edge unified global communications programs. Goal is to revitalize brands through a holistic approach to synthesize insights and embrace GenAI to develop unified communications and messaging.
Skilled at launching new products and driving revenue, I have a proven track record of reimagining marketing processes, turning calamity and chaos into successful, high-functioning and happy teams. In my most recent role, I reimagined and rebuilt Dell Technologies’ Global Customer Marketing program by harnessing positive customer experiences to drive revenue at global scale. These efforts resulted in refreshed Customer Stories landing page on Dell.com, maximizing story activation and earning a Marketing Gamechanger Award for Dell’s leadership in AI customer stories. Additionally, my efforts led the team to deliver valuable content aligned to the customer buying journey, driving sales of $2B+ of revenue.
